Role Overview
As a Sonographer, you will be responsible for performing high-quality ultrasound scans, ensuring accurate diagnostic results, and delivering excellent patient care. You will work closely with healthcare professionals to support diagnosis and treatment plans.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct a range of ultrasound scans, including abdominal, musculoskeletal, obstetric, and vascular imaging.
Ensure accurate reporting and interpretation of scan results.
Provide a high standard of patient care and maintain professionalism at all times.
Maintain accurate records and comply with clinical governance standards.
Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to enhance service delivery.
Requirements
✔️ HCPC or NMC Registration (if applicable)
✔️ Postgraduate qualification in Medical Ultrasound or equivalent experience
✔️ Previous experience in a clinical sonography role
✔️ Strong communication and interpersonal skills
✔️ Ability to work independently and as part of a team
